We need the <br />rieht of way certification letter as soon as Dossible and no later than Aoril 6. 2006. to <br />be able to program the project for federal funds from Federal Highway <br />Administration. You may fax a copy of the right of way to us at 701-328-0310, <br />attention Rita, and mail the original along with your Construction and Maintenance <br />Agreement.
