<br />, ^ <br />~'- . .. <br /> <br />11()()IAI(j~ S <br /> <br />.food, Brews Ii Booze. <br /> <br />Press Release for the May 20th Sprine: VI! <br />Benefit for the Shriners' Hospital <br /> <br />- - . .- - -.- - - ~ - -- <br /> <br />April 4, 2006 <br /> <br />On May 20th, 2006 Solid Performance, Hooligans Food, Brews & <br />Brooze and the EI Zagal Provost on behalf of the transportation <br />fund for the Shriners' Hospitals will saddle up the bikes and ride. <br />The Shriner's hospitals provide for the treatment of severely <br />burned, orthopaedically challenged and spinal injured children <br />under the age of 18 years at no cost to the family. The budget <br />for transportation alone for these services locally is $105,000 <br />and is expected to rise due to fuel prices. Given these <br />challenges and the activism of the local biker community the <br />parties involved have decided to sponsor a benefit run and <br />concert to raise money for the charity. <br /> <br />The event will take place May 20th with registration from -9:'- <br />11 :30am at Solid Performance, 3931 37th Avenue South in Fargo. <br />The ride will leave at 11 :30am and follow a predetermined route <br />including four stops to be announced with the fifth being the final <br />destination, the Commercial Building on the grounds of the Red <br />River Valley Fair. Ride participants that purchase tickets for the <br />evening's concert will be served a meal from Hooligans upon <br />completion of the ride and then will have the opportunity to stay <br />for the concert to follow. ' The concert featuring national <br />recording artists, .Jackyl of Atlanta is open to the public as well <br />for the benefit. .Jackyl had a string of major hits including "Dirty <br />
