ND for the <br />rental of one (1) Caterpillar 140H sin CCA02206. <br /> <br />1. The purchase price of this machine is $174.530, <br />2. The rental ratc of$2.007.82 per month is due in advance of the renlal period. <br />3. TIus agrccment is for a one (1 ) year rental guarantee with annual option to renew <br />for up to four (4) additional years. <br />4, Anllual rate is bascd on 1.500 hours per ycar. Hours over 1.500 aJUllIally will be <br />hillcd at $25.00 per hour. <br />5. All machines will be covered by Caterpillar power train extended warranty for a <br />period of five (5) vears or 7500 hours, whichever occurs first. All items not <br />covered under said warranty shall be at the customer's expense. <br />6. Cass County will be responsible for: <br />A. Repairs not covered by warranty. <br />B. All wearable items such as tires, cutting edges, oils, filters, etc. <br />C. Repairs due to neglect or accident, i.e. broken glass, cut lires. <br />moJdbonrd worn to holes, elc. <br />D. Takitlg scheduled oil samples per Caterpillar and Butler <br />Machinery Company requirements, <br />E. Nolit)oing Butler Machinery Company immediately of any <br />mechanical failure, <br />F. Allowing Butler Maehincry Company to inspcct the unit at ,U1Y <br />time. <br />G. Accepting all liability for injmy or loss and providing adequate <br />insurance coverage. <br />7. Cass County will not sublease or loan machine. <br />8. Macrune delivery date will govern the start of the contract. <br />9. This contract may be reviewed and/or rencgotiated each year with the approval of <br />both parties. <br />10. Upon return of the equipment Cass County will at it's own expense.: <br />A. Repair all damages 10 glass and sheet metal. <br />B. Return the unit with new tires of comparable size and brand, <br />C. Retum the unit in sound mechanical shape with unit in good <br />working order under full payload and no structural damage to <br />frame. <br />D.
