I have reduced the service <br />frequency to quarterly and the contract price to $40.00/month, The contract term would <br />be for one year - January 1, 2006 - December 31, 2006 - renewable for one-year terms <br />thereafter. <br /> <br />Please give me a call at 701-866-6316 after you have had a chance to review this, I will <br />be back in Fargo on Friday and would be happy to meet with you then if that is convenient <br />for you. <br /> <br />Thank you, Bonnie, for the opportunity to submit this proposal to you.
