Any <br />purchase order issued by you in connection with the services to be provided will be deemed to be issued for your <br />administrative or billing identification purposes only, and the parties hereto intend that the terms and conditions <br />contained herein will exclusively govern the services to be provided, We do not give up rights under any existing <br />contract until this proposal is fully executed. This Contract may not be changed, modified, revised or amended unless in <br />writing signed by you and an authorized representative of Otis.
