The <br />county treasurer must be sure each financial institution pledges assets for <br />any amount over $100,000.00. The pledge of assets must be in writing, <br />must be approved by the institution's board of directors or loan committee, <br />and approval must be reflected in the minutes of the board or committee. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the county treasurer to invest uncommitted funds. <br /> <br />M:\MINUTESIComm2006ITREAS-FUNDS.doc <br /> <br />n <br />
