<br />2006 Individual Assessment Reeornmendations to Board of Equalization <br /> <br />Upon review of the assessments, it appears that the following three rural residential <br />properties located in Addison Twp were underassessed relative to neighboring property. <br />It's my recommendation to increase these assessments to make the assessment more <br />equitable. <br /> <br />Suggested Motion: "I move that the following property assessments in Addison <br />Twp be increased in the following amounts:" <br /> <br />Parcel Number <br />21-0000-00164-010 <br />21-0000-00159-010 <br />21-0000-00171-010 <br /> <br />2005 Valuation <br />$53,300 <br />$103,300 <br />$112,600 <br /> <br />2006 Valuation <br />$89,300 <br />$185,000 <br />$185,000 <br /> <br />2006 Inundated Land Recommendations to Board of Equalization <br /> <br />Pursuant to NDCC 57-02-27.2(6), it's my recommendation to approve the inundated land <br />requests for the acres listed below. Agrieulturalland is eligible if it hasn't been farmed <br />for at least two years, has received less than $9.33 per acre revenue and that there is at <br />least 10 contiguous acres of inundated land.
