<br />Resolution awarding to the low bidder, and the Construction Contract and Bond. The Resolutions are
<br />available now, with the contracts to be forwarded when received, We are requesting the Commission authorize
<br />the Chairman to sign contract documents upon receipt, and subject to State's Attorney approval.

<br />SUGGESTED MOTION: AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN CONTRACT
<br />DOCUMENTS, UPON RECEIPT, AND SUBJECT TO STATE'S ATTORNEY
<br />APPROVAL FOR THE SUBJECT PROJECTS.
