The election board of the absentee ballot precinct must be known <br />as the absentee ballot counting board." <br /> <br />The Cass County Auditor's office would like to establish an absentee ballot <br />precinct following the guidelines of NDCC 16.1-07-12.1 (2) that the county <br />auditor shall "appoint the absentee ballot counting board that consists of <br />one independent representative to act as the inspector and an equal <br />number of representatives from each political party represented on an <br />election board in the county... to act as judges". <br /> <br />MOTION: To establish an Absentee Ballot Precinct and Absentee Ballot <br />Counting Board. This precinct would open at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />June 13, 2006 and would meet in the Commission Room. <br />
