Please review to see if there will be any conflicts with your <br />schedules. <br /> <br />Proposed Motion: Approve 2020 meeting schedule. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ROW Spray Contract Renewal: The contracts for spraying the road ditches has <br />expired. A request for bids is planned to be sent out in early February with <br />selection of bids in March. Proposed dates for opening the bids is March 2, 2020 <br />at 1:00 PM, bid award at the regular board meeting on March 9, 2020. <br /> <br />Discussion on any changes to the contract language <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Spray Flags: A number of the county owned flood buyout lots are located in <br />residential areas. It is advisable to flag the herbicide application area so the <br />public is aware that weed control products are being applied. The preferred type <br />is a 21” wire flag with 4” x 5” printed flag, ~ $150.00 for 1000 flags. <br /> <br />Proposed Motion: Move to purchase spray-warning flags.
