We are requesting an amendment to the Memorandum to allow for the <br />creation of a New Technology Fund. <br /> <br />The purpose <br />Cass County <br />qualify for a <br />criteria: <br /> <br />of this fund is to provide another tool to assist in strengthening the <br />economy by attracting and enticing technology companies. To <br />New Technology Fund loan, the company must meet the following <br /> <br />-."
