No. 362 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kindred FFA Chapter has made application to the Board <br />of Cass County Commissioners of the County of Cass for permission <br />to conduct a game of chance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said game of chance is to be conducted on September <br />22, 2003 through March 11, 2004, at Kindred High School, Kindred, <br />ND; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the sworn statement of facts contained in the <br />application of Kindred FFA Chapter for such permit indicates that <br />Kindred FFA Chapter is qualified and eligible to conduct a game of <br />chance in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Cass County: That Kindred FFA Chapter is hereby <br />authorized to conduct a game of chance on September 22, 2003 <br />through March 11, 2004; and <br /> <br /> That the nature of the game or games which are authorized to <br />be conducted is: Bingo <br /> <br />STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA ) <br /> ) SS <br />COUNTY OF CASS <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that <br />he is the duly appointed County Auditor of the County of Cass and <br />that the foregoing resolution is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution duly adopted by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass; and that such resolution is a true and correct transcript <br />of the permanent records of the minutes of the meeting of the Board <br />of County Commissioners of the County of Cass held on the 29th day <br />of September, 2003. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to approve a bingo permit for the Kindred FFA Chapter to be held September 22, 2003 through <br />March 11, 2004, at Kindred High School in Kindred, North Dakota. <br /> <br /> <br />
