Hwy. #1 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Panchot: <br /> <br />We are in receipt of your letter concerning the drainage along County Highway <br />No, I south of33'. Street SE. Due to restricted resources we ar" unable to do <br />this type of work. <br /> <br />Aft':r investigation of the site, we question whether cleaning thi:; short stretch <br />of ditch would improve the situation at 33nJ Street SE. It is apparent that a <br />majority of the quarter section to the south is covered with standing water and <br />cat tails, and there is little or no flow of water going east.
