<br /> <br />Commission Minutes--December 6, 1999 2065 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />DECEMBER 6, 1999 <br /> <br />1. MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Robbie Quick called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Paul Koenig, John Meyer, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Robbie Quick. <br /> <br />2. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the minutes of <br />the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve the order of <br />the agenda with the following changes: 1) add contract with Houston <br />Engineering to the consent agenda; 2) add court services software <br />letter to the regular agenda; and 3) move item from consent to regular <br />agenda concerning policy on refund of overpayments to the county. <br />On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSES, Renewed for 2000 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to renew county beer <br />and liquor licenses for 2000 for the following applicants, as reviewed <br />by the State's Attorney and the Sheriff, and as approved by respective <br />township boards: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Lambert & Jeanne Hersch, Club 94, Casselton <br />Hickson Bar & Lounge, Inc., Larry Dahlstrom and Tyler Brandt <br />Richard & LaVonne Schroeder, Bronco Bar, Chaffee <br />Wild Rice Bar & Grill, Inc., Gladys Pfennig <br />Roger & Mildred Morris, Morris Service, Leonard <br />Leonard Golf Club, Inc., C. N. Richards <br />Red River Valley Fair Association, West Fargo, Jim Thoreson <br />John Nelson, The Shooting Park, Horace <br /> <br />5. SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LOTS, County deeds to Hazer's Auto-Truck Parts: Terry & <br />Patricia Gartner: Michael Rasmussen: Keith Onstad: City of Fargo: City of Page <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to authorize the chair <br />and the county auditor to sign four county deeds for tax-forfeited <br />property purchased at the annual sale by Hazer's Auto-Truck Parts, <br />Terry and Patricia Gartner, Michael Rasmussen, and Keith Onstad. On <br />roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />
