Commission Minutes--August 10, 1999 2019 <br /> <br />Ms. Schneider asked how valuable the proposed GIS system would be to the water resource <br />districts. Jeff Volk from Moore Engineering was present and said the GIS system would be a <br />valuable tool in managing assessments for legal drains and the data would be more user friendly. <br />Mr. Montplaisir said the county would maintain the base map and all other entities would build <br />upon the base map of property tax records.
