ROAD DEPARTMENT, Quit Claim Deed to Dan & Diane Stark <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve the Quit Claim <br />Deed between Cass County and Dan and Diane Stark concerning <br />property described as follows: the North eighty feet of Lots One and <br />Two, Block Twelve of the Village of Argusville, Cass County, North <br />Dakota; according to memorandum from the County Engineer dated <br />January 6, 1999. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. PERMIT FOR SUNDAY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALE, Aoproved for Club 94 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve Sunday <br />alcoholic beverage permit for Club 94 at their establishment near <br />Casselton, North Dakota, on the date of January 31, 1999, for Super <br />Bowl Sunday, according to letter from Jeanne Hersch dated <br />December 28, 1998. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Quanbeck Planning & Research <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve the following <br />contract submitted by respective department head and portfolio <br />commissioner, subjectto State's Attorney approval; and authorize the <br />chairperson to sign: Quanbeck Planning & Research for 1999 county <br />planning services. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Juvenile Block Grant Application <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to authorize the <br />chairperson to sign the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant <br />application submitted by the Cass County Juvenile Crime <br />Enforcement Coalition. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Kindred Lions Club <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to approve a raffle permit <br />for the Kindred Lion's Club at the Kindred School on the date of April <br />9, 1999. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />
