Commission Minutes--August 6, 1998 1850 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> AUGUST 6, 1998 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Donna Schneider called to order a special meeting of the Board of Cass County <br />Commissioners at 11:05 AM with three members present as follows: Paul Koenig, Alon Wieland <br />and Donna Schneider. Robbie Quick and John Meyer were absent. <br /> <br />Also present were State's Attorney, John Goff; Ben Thomas, legal counsel; and County <br />Coordinator, Bonnie Johnson. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION MOTION, passed <br /> At 11:06 AM, Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to recess <br /> the special meeting in order to go into closed session for the purpose <br /> of discussing anticipated civil litigation or adversarial administrative <br /> proceedings with the Board's counsel, Ben Thomas, based on North <br /> Dakota Century Code 44-04-19.1.
