Commission Minutes--July 6, 1998 1827 DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JULY 6,1998 1. MEETING TO ORDER Chairperson Donna Schneider called the meeting to order at 3:40 PM with all members present as follows: Robbie Quick, Paul Koenig, John Meyer, Alon Wieland and Donna Schneider. 2. MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. 3. AGENDA, Order approved as amended MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve the order of the agenda with the following changes: 1) move Resolution Declaring Necessity to Take Land on County Highway 31 to regular agenda; 2) add to consent agenda to ratify Social Service Board actions of July 6, 1998. Motion carried. 4. PLEDGE OF ASSETS, Approved MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve pledge of assets, as of July 1, 1998, submitted by the Cass County Treasurer as follows: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. QUIT CLAIM DEED TO CITY OF WEST FARGO, Chairman authorized to sign MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize the Commission Chairman to sign the Quit Claim Deed to the City of West Fargo for road right-of-way in the SE 1/4 and NW 1/4 of Section 5 Township 139 Range 49, Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
