<br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, ' (- ,has audited and the <br />departments have approved the following claims again t the County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the County of Cass; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the following bills and claims be and thereby are, ordered <br />paid out of the following funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective <br />funds as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized <br />to execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resJ~n was offe~d at a r~lar meeting of the <br />County Commissioners held on the. day of J.tM1L 1'1'1 ,{, by Commissioner <br />\4)pj~-Q 1--, who moved its adoption, was seconded by Commissioner <br />==u:rr~, and adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: ~ <br />Nays: -0- <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />WM 'MJI?-~~ <br />-".,MJ ~ <br />County Auditor <br />
