Commission Minutes-May 4, 1998 1801 DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MAY 4,1998 1. MEETING TO ORDER Chairperson Donna Schneider called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as follows: Robbie Quick, Paul Koenig, John Meyer, Alon Wieland and Donna Schneider. 2. MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve minutes ofthe previous meeting as written. Motion carried. 3. AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve the order of the agenda with the addition of a contract with Northern Capital Trust for flexible benefits program administration. Motion carried. 4. ASSESSMENT NOTICE OF OMITTED PROPERTIES, Trottier: Tessier: Brink: Rust: Haugen: Dobrinz: Glasow/Piper: Schroeder: Tate: Swenson: Lahren: Buhr: Prischman: Bruesch MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to add a 3.2 acre descriptive tract in SW% of Section 16, Township 138 Range 49 as omitted property for the year 1997 in the amount of $79,000 residential lot and structure, according to notice from the county auditor to Carol Trottier, Horace, ND. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to add NE% less right of way and less Auditor's Lot 1 of Section 27, Township 138 Range 49 as omitted property for the year 1997 in the amount of $125,300 residential lot and structure, according to notice from the county auditor to Henry Tessier, Fargo, ND. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to add Lot 6, Brink's Subdivision, as omitted property for the year 1997 in the amount of $98,000 residential structure, according to notice from the county auditor to Russell Brink, Horace, ND. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
