<br />MEETING TO ORDER
<br />Chairman Alon Wieland called the budget meeting to order at 9:15 AM in the Commission Room,
<br />Cass County Courthouse, with all members present as follows: Donna Schneider, Paul Koenig,
<br />John Meyer, Roberta Quick and Alon Wieland.
<br />
<br />Commissioners continued their review of individual department budgets, with a one-hour recess
<br />about noon. At 1:15 PM, the county salary survey conducted by Fox Lawson & Associates was
<br />discussed with a number of county employees being present.
<br />
<br />BUDGETING DECISIONS MOTION, passed
<br /> Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to adopt the following budget
<br /> revisions up to this point: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.

<br />reduce Auditor's office equipment from $575 to $400

<br />$1,300 to $650; printer tables from $280 to zero; desks from $2,000 to $1,000
<br />increase State's Attorney maintenance agreement on copier from $500 to $1,000 and
<br />increase copier costs from $4,524 to $10,000.
