Commission Minutes--June 17, 1996 1483 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />JUNE 17, 1996--CASSELTON CITY HALL, CASSELTON ND <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Sharon "Peppe~' Toussaint called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM in the Casselton City <br />Hall, Casselton, North Dakota, with all members present as follows: Don Eckert, Alon Wieland, <br />Donna Schneider, Bernie Ness and Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wisland seconded that the minutes of <br /> the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order a_o_=roved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the order of the <br /> agenda, adding a special events permit for the Fargo Holiday Inn to the <br /> consent agenda. Motion carried. <br /> <br />w <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR RAFFLE, St. Benedict Church; Charles Community_ Club <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve raffle permit <br /> for Chaffee Community Club to be held June 29, 1996 at the Chaffee <br /> Playground/Park, Chaffee, ND. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve raffle permit <br />for St. Benedict Church to be held September 16, 1996 and November <br />8, 1996 at St. Benedict Church, Horace, ND. On roll call vote, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />STATE'S ATTORNEY, Out-of-state travel approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve out-of-state <br /> travel for Assistant State's Attorney Allen Albright to attend the <br /> Minnesota "Evidence in the Courtroom" seminar on June 22, 1996 in <br /> Minneapolis, MN. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />= <br /> <br />SOCIAL SERVICES, Out-of-state travel aDproved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Ness seconded to approve out-of-state <br /> travel for Social Service employee Roger Flynn to the Gilfillan <br /> Residential Treatment Center, Bemidji, MN on June 6, 1996 for staffing <br /> for child in foster care.
