17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Commission Minutes--March 4, 1996 1445 <br /> <br />County Coordinator Bonnie Johnson gave a progress report on the courthouse second floor <br />remodeling project. Also, she has moved into the office area adjacent to where she was <br />previously located, and her old office will be set up as a commissioner's conference room. <br /> <br />Mr. Ness reported on a meeting of the Weed Control Board held at the Road Department <br />conference room last Friday where discussion was held concerning weed and vector <br />consolidation, which will be discussed at a future commission meeting. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Ness seconded to receive and file <br /> correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />1995 Audited Financial Statement and Management Letter for Fargo-Cass County <br />Economic Development Corporation; <br /> <br />CDBG information letter dated February 28, 1996. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT MOTION, passed <br /> On motion by Mrs. Schneider and seconded by Mr. Ness, the meeting <br /> was adjourned at 5:15 PM. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />""~1~11 hael MO'nt~)lai~ir - Auditor <br />Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br />,~haron Toussaint, Chairman <br /> <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
