Commission Minutes--December 4, 1995 1411 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br /> REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> DECEMBER 4, 1995 <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, Vice Chair, called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with four members <br />present as follows: Don Eckert, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, Alon Wieland and Donna Schneider. <br />Bernie Ness was absent. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the minutes of <br /> the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the order <br /> of the agenda with the following additions to the consent agenda: <br /> contract approval for Advance Elevator and Honeywell, Inc.; special <br /> alcohol permit for Doublewood Lounge; and to the regular agenda, <br /> adding agreement regarding calculations for unreimbursed public <br /> assistance between the Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit and <br /> State of North Dakota. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COMMISSION POLICY MANUAL, Amend Section 32.00, Reserving Meeting Rooms <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to amend <br /> Commission Policy Manual Section 32.00, Reserving Meeting Rooms, <br /> in order to improve security when meetings are held after regular office <br /> hours. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />BEER <br /> <br />AND LIQUOR LICENSES, Renewed for 1996 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to renew county beer <br />and liquor licenses for 1996 for the following applications received to <br />date, as reviewed by the State's Attorney and the Sheriff; subject to <br />approval of the respective township board of supervisors.
