Commission Minutes--November 6, 1995 1405 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />= <br /> <br /> REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> NOVEMBER 6, 1996 <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Ness called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as follows: <br />Eckert, Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, Alon Wieland, Donna Schneider and Bernie Ness. <br /> <br />Don <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. S~hneider moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the minutes of the <br /> previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order a_=Droved MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve the <br /> order of the agenda, adding Social Service Department requests as <br /> follows: SED contract approval; purchase of service agreement with <br /> Red River Collections; and out-of-stste travel request. Motion carried. <br /> <br />BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS, AD=roved for 1996 MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the <br /> following budget adjustments to the 1996 county budget: On roll call <br /> vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Road De_Dartment <br /> Road & Bridge Fund $300,000 <br /> Special 10 Mill Road Levy 500,000 <br /> <br />Debt Service Funds <br />Fiscal Fees 400 <br /> <br />Data Processing <br />Salaries ($7,000) <br />Seminars 7,000 <br />Computer Equipment 41,500 <br /> <br />LOST <br /> <br />INSTRUMENT BOND, Minnesota Extension Service <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file <br />Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Minnesota Extension Service, <br />and authorize the county treasurer and the county auditor to issue <br />duplicate check. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Fam_o Cass Public Health: S;~3 Contract: Red River Collection~ <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Toussaint moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the <br /> following contracts submitted by respective department head and <br /> portfolio commissioner, subject to state's attorney approval; and <br /> authorize chairman to sign: Fargo Cass Public Health for provision of <br /> 1996 health services, Social Services SED contract and purchase of <br /> service agreement with Red River Collections. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
