Minutes--May 1, 1995 1334 <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF MODEL PROJECT COMMITTEE; PLANNING COMMISSION MAY <br />MEETING CANCELLED, Committee reports <br />Mr. Ness said he recently reviewed the final report of the Cass County <br />Model Project which was completed in 1990, and he appointed a <br />committee to be chaired by Donna Schneider and to also include Pepper <br />Toussaint, Bonnie Johnson, Mike Montplaisir and Kathy Hogan to review <br />the recommendations contained in the report to determine if they have <br />all been implemented. <br /> <br />Mr. Ness reported that the monthly meeting of the Cass County Planning <br />Commission for May has been cancelled due to lack of agenda items. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to receive <br /> and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as <br /> follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />Fargo-Cass County Economic Development quarterly report for <br />first quarter ending March 31, 1995; <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation policy regarding <br />Special Road Fund and notice of bid opening for Kindred Bikeway. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> On motion by Mr. Wieland and seconded by Mrs. Toussaint, <br /> the meeting was adjourned about 6:00 PM. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />~i~el Mont~l~is'ir-County Auditor <br />Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br />Bernie Ness, Chairman <br />Cass County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br /> <br />
