RESOLUTION #1995-8, Juvenile Justice building addition financing MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to adopt Resolution #1995-8, INITIAL RESOLUTION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF LIMITED TAX BUILDING FUND BONDS OF 1995 as follows: On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cass, State of North Dakota (the "Issuer"), that bonds be issued for the purposes hereinafter mentioned; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Issuer shall issue its bonds as follows: The maximum amount of bonds proposed to be issued is $530,000. The purpose for which the bonds are proposed to be issued is to pay for all or part of the cost to construct an addition to the Cass County Juvenile Justice Center to house offices for Cass County Social Services. The assessed valuation of all taxable property in the County of Cass as defined in Section 21-03-01, N.D.C.C., is $1,680,660,949. The total amount of bonded indebtedness of the Issuer is $120,000, and there are no General Obligation Bonds of the Issuer issued for a similar purpose. SITE AUTHORIZATION PERMITS, F-M Community Theatre; Arthur W. Jones Post 7564; Erie American Legion MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant site authorization permit for Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre to conduct games of chance under license issued by North Dakota Attorney General's Office for the period of July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1996, at the Flying J (Windbreak Lounge) located at 3150 39th Street SW, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant site authorization permit for Arthur W. Jones Post 7564 to conduct games of chance at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds Beer Gardens under license issued by North Dakota Attorney General's Office for period of July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant site authorization permit for Erie American Legion to conduct games of chance under license issued by North Dakota Attorney General's Office for the period of July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
