KLOSE SIMPLE SUBDIVISION, Final plat approved MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to grant final plat approval for Klose Simple Subdivision #1, NW~ of Section 24 in Township 138N Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota, with the conditions that (1) Southeast Cass Water Resource District approves the proposed plat, and (2) Stanley Township provides a letter of approval and all township board concerns are satisfied. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. KENSINGTON PLACE SECOND ADDITION, Final plat approved MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to grant final plat approval to Kensington Place Second Addition, NE~ of Section 30 in Township 138N Range 48W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. BID AWARD, County Road 31 bridge near Gardner and Kindred School MOTION~ passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize the chairman to sign resolutions authorizing North Dakota Department of Transportation to accept bid of Swingen Construction in the amount of $210,768.90 for County Road 31 box culvert in Wiser Township, and to accept bid of Wanzek Construction in the amount of $60,410 for school crossing improvements on County Road 15 in Kindred. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ELECTION PRECINCT WORKERS, Payment for primary and general elections MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to authorize the county auditor to pay election workers for the June primary election and the November general election as soon as possible after each election. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Juvenile Justice Center addition; County Road 26 haul road agreement; GIS data sharing agreement; Astech Corp; Border States Paving~ McDonald Mud Jacking MOTION, passed Mr. Ness moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to approve contracts submitted by respective department head and portfolio commissioner, subject to State's Attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign the following: 1) Juvenile Justice Center building contracts with Meinecke-Johnson, F-M Plumbing, and Moorhead Electric; 2) County Road 26 haul road agreement with Ellsbury Township; 3) Geographic Data Exchange Consortium Land Base Data Sharing agreement; 4) Astech, Corp. for sealcoat on County Roads 26 and 4; 5) Border States Paving for asphalt overlay of County Road 10; and 6) McDonald Mud Jacking for repair of bridge approach aprons on County Road 10 over Sheyenne Diversion Channel. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.
