On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />DEED TO CORRECT TITLE CONCERN, Chairman and auditor to sign <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize <br /> chairman and county auditor to sign Quit Claim Deed, S~ <br /> 26-139-49, Barnes Township/City of Fargo, for Moorhead <br /> Attorney Paul Skatvold. On roll call vote, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> <br />WEED CONTROL BOARD, Request to consider contracting for services <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize <br /> Chairman Steve Risher to send a letter to the Weed Control <br /> Board asking them to consider contracting for weed control <br /> services. The letter is to be sent to them by their next <br /> meeting on January 20th, 1994. On roll call vote, motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> <br />JUVENILE JUSTICE CENTER ADDITION, Budget adjustments; Architect to <br />begin bid process <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to adjust budget <br /> estimates for Juvenile Justice Center addition by deleting <br /> items #1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12 and 13 on the list <br /> provided, for an approximate reduction of $237,000; bidding <br /> the following items as alternates: #8, #14 and completion <br /> of the 4th floor; and authorize Architect T. L. Stroh to <br /> begin the bidding process for construction of three <br /> additional floors on the Cass County Juvenile Justice <br /> Center building.
