Minutes--September 30, 1993 1114 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> SEPTEMBER 30, 1993 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint called the special meeting to order <br />at 8:30 AM with all members present as follows: Don Eckert, Steve <br />Risher, Alon Wieland, Bernie M. Ness and Sharon Toussaint. <br /> <br />CONTRACT APPROVAL, Courthouse storm sewer improvement MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Ness moved and Mr. Risher seconded that the chairman <br /> and county auditor be authorized to sign the contract with <br /> Lightowler Johnson Associates in the amount of $2,850 for <br /> improving courthouse drainage by installation of storm <br /> sewer and rain leaders.
