Minutes, Special Meeting--August 24, 1992 908 <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />AUGUST 24, 1992 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Vice Chairman Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint called the meeting to order <br />at 7:30 AM on Monday, August 24, 1992, in the Juvenile Justice <br />Center meeting room. Four members were present as follows: Don <br />Eckert, Steve Risher~ Gene Shannon, and Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint. <br />Alon Wieland was absent. <br /> <br />GENERAL ELECTION, Polling places/hours set <br />This special meeting was called at the request of County Auditor <br />Michael Montplaisir for the purpose of establishing the polling <br />places and hours for the November 3, 1992 General Election. He <br />said there are two changes from the 1992 Primary Election--polls <br />will open at 7:00 AM instead of 9:00 AM at the Hickson Community <br />Center and one precinct location in Fargo was changed from the <br />Prairiewood Golf Club House to Cash Wise Foods. MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Risher moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve the <br /> Polling Places and Hours for the General Election, <br /> November 3, 1992, according to list provided by the <br /> County Auditor.
