Minutes--October 25, 1991 766 <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> OCTOBER 25, 1991 <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gene Shannon called the meeting to order with the followin§ <br />members present- Sharon "Pepper" Toussaint, Don Eckert, Alon Wieland <br />and Gene Shannon. Steve Risher was absent. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL POLICY CHANGES, Approved MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Toussaint seconded to change <br /> language in Section 7.40 "Hours of Work and <br /> Overtime/Compensatory Time" to "The normal work week for <br /> all County employees (excluding personnel_e_~n~qed in law <br /> enforcement activities) shall be forty (40) hours" as <br /> opposed to "...(excluding sworn personnel from Sheriff's <br /> Department)..." and add an emergency clause to Section 1.10 <br /> "Overview of Personnel Policies" to waive 15-day posting of <br /> personnel policy changes in cases where the law and policy <br /> are conflicting.
