Ms. Johnson has notified the security <br />company that the contract has been terminated effective the end ofthis year. <br /> <br />In order to take over on Jan 3, I am asking that our office be allowed to hire <br />early for the staff necessary to fill the court/transport positions. That will <br />require appointing the staffto fill the new positions as well as hiring two <br />new staff to fill those vacancies and training each prior to J an 3. <br /> <br />The approximate cost to do this is $7,636 and it does appear that we should <br />have that much available between our regular jail full time salary line item <br />and our jail overtime line item. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />~~i2 <br /> <br />Sheriff onald udnick <br />
