Contract approval <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign the following agreements <br />submitted by respective department head, subject to state's attorney <br />approval, and authorize the chairmen to sign. <br /> <br />_ Cost Participation Agreement (32nd Avenue North Paving Project) with <br />the City of Fargo, Beth EI Memorial Park, Fargo Hebrew Congregation <br />Cemetery, Holy Cross Cemetery Association, Municipal Airport Authority <br />of the City of Fargo and Cass County for the 32nd Avenue North paving <br />project on the east-west avenue lying adjacent to the cemeteries, Cass <br />County's share being $30,000; <br />_ Lease of property-Michael and Lori Ibach lease of flood lot. <br /> <br />j. Resolution of condolence to the family of the late William "Bill" Thompson <br /> <br />k.
