Minutes--April 15, 1991 656 <br /> <br />Mrs. Toussaint reported that Cass County was awarded a state-wide <br />pilot project grant for the Social Service welfare fraud investigator <br />position. <br /> <br />Mr. Eckert asked about plans for the former Gethsemane Cathedral <br />property east of the Courthouses specifically about keeping the green <br />area watered.
