<br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION }\LLOW1NG CLAIMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, Michael rvIontpl$isir, has audited and the <br />dcpariment~'have approved the faHawing claims against thE? County ofCass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properiy payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims .to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the' County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the following biHs and daims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the fo!low"iri.g funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from fhe respective funds <br />as herein-indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deUver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resol.ution was ollered at a regular meeting of the <br />County Commissioners held on the flday of C9c ;...L.p~ ...2ou'-<tJ.y Commissioner <br />tJd t..} t.", /L . who moved its adoption, was seconded by Commj~sioner <br />t-....J wu- ,p- , and adopted by the foflowing vote: . <br />/ <br /> <br />, ':'.0; <br /> <br />Ayes: ;;- <br />Nays: .8- <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the reso[ution was duly dedared adopted. <br /> <br />, . <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />If!!:4(flu~ <br />County Auditor <br />
