152 <br /> <br />EMERGENCY MEETING OF CASS COUNTY' BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1988 <br /> <br /> Chairman Don Eckert called an emergency meeting of the Board of <br />Cass County Commissioners on November 18th in the Juvenile Center. <br />Four members were present, Ray Larson being absent. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton absented .herself from the meeting, and the <br />remaining three Commissioners discussed one item which was to appoint <br />Deanna Kensrud, Register of Deeds, to replace States Attorney Robert <br />Hoy on the Recount Board for the Commissioner District #1 race.
