147 <br /> <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the Director of <br />Administrative Services be authorized to proceed with the <br />installation of the Courthouse security system as outlined, at a <br />total cost of $22,555.00, to be paid from the 1988 County Contingency <br />Fund. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Richard Offutt be <br />allowed to spend $3,759.00 for a personal computer and printer for <br />the general ledger accounts and various work papers in Social <br />Services, with the understanding that the Social Services Director <br />will submit the necessary documents after January 1st to get the <br />proper State and Federal reimbursements. Mr. Offutt stated that the <br />County Data Processing Department will provide training for the <br />Social Service employees involved. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> An application for tax exemption pursuant to Chapter 40-57.1, <br />North Dakota Century Code, was received for Hubert Oye & Sons, Inc. <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to set a hearing for <br />December 13, 1988, at 9:20 A.M. in the County Commission Room, Cass <br />County Courthouse.
