A public hearing on the request is <br />scheduled before the Board of Cass County Commissioners at the regular <br />meeting beginning at 3:30 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2005, in the <br />Commission Room, Cass County Courthouse in Fargo. <br /> <br />North Dakota statutes would indicate that a representative appointed <br />by the board of township supervisors from the township affected by the <br />proposed action shall be included as a nonvoting ex officio member of the <br />governing body.
