130 <br /> <br /> Mr. Nieland moved and Mr. Larson seconded that monies for the <br />North Broadway bridge be contingent upon the city annexing all roads <br />and bridges in the city limits to the center of the river, and that <br />on any future problems of this nature if there is a question of <br />ownership between the city and the County, that the County be <br />included in all formal discussions and decision making from the <br />beginning of the pro3ect. '[he motion carried on roll call vote with <br />four members voting "Aye", and Mrs. Stanton opposing because she felt <br />the motion was not clear. <br /> <br /> Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to post a speed <br />limit of 45 miles per hour on County Road 1'7 from the Horace City <br />limits north about 2 1/2 miles to the Sheyenne River, until such time <br />as the road is completed and blacktopped. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to receive and file <br />the Indemnity 8ond on Lost instrument for Tammy Myers, and authorize <br />the County Auditor to issue a duplicate check. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to 9rant a raffle <br />permit to the Norman Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of <br />America on the date of November 12, 1988. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to grant approval <br />for out of state travel for Judge Georgia Dawson to a .judge's <br />training seminar on December 4-9, 1988. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sondrall moved and Hr. Larson seconded to grant approval for <br />Jim 8erglie to hire staff replacement for a Homemaker II position in <br />Pay Grade 12 in the Social Services Community Survival Program. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to grant approval for <br />Social Services staff replacement for Gloria Lemke as a Homemaker I <br />in Pay Grade 9 and for Patricia Freeman as a Homemaker II in Pay <br />Grade 12. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to receive and file <br />a letter from the Department of Health and Human Services concerning <br />the audit of Cass County. Motion carried. A copy of the letter was <br />referred to the County Accountant, Mike Montplaisir. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by MrS.
