<br />'TJ <br />- <br /> <br /> <br />tI) <br /> <br />Leonard Fire District & Leonard First Responders <br />Leonard, North Dakota 58052 <br /> <br />To: Cass County Road Advisory Board <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br />It has come to our attention that the County is going to consider the possibility of <br />paving County Road 16 west of Davenport to State Highway 18. This would be a great <br />asset not only to the people residing in the area, but also would benefit many ofthe area <br />fire, rescue, and school vehicles that use County Road 16. Our fire and rescue trucks do <br />use County 16 and paving that connty road would result in making the road a much safer <br />avenue of travel. At times in the spring when it is wet, that road is almost impassable and <br />the large ruts make it very dangerous for high profile and heavier trucks to navigate. We <br />urge you to consider this matter at your next meeting.
