The upgrade of this road from gravel to pavement is vital to
provide safe transportation for all age groups In our communities in Davenport, Leonard,
Durbin and the Kindred School District.

This road is used by our school busses Monday through Friday 173 days per year. In addition,
students and parents use this road to travel to our school facilities at Davenport and Kindred.

Since the Leonard School closed it has become an even more vital link for our district to have
safe travel for students, school personnel and parents to provide and receive educational
opportunities.

Aural communities must have safe and efficient transportation to remain strong and providing
pavement on this road would be additional leverage to keep our rural communities functioning.

We in our district are excited to know that an effort is being made to pursue and upgrade to this
road.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to support this project and I sincerely hope you can
find the resources for upgrading this road to pavement.

Sincerely,

Uean-r (5 ~~
Adam Boschee
Superintendent of Schools

_"5<hooI
