Inc. is requesting approval of the proposed approach onto Cass County <br />22, as part of the plat is being approved through the City of Harwood. The 2nd and final reading is <br />in October pending a resolution to this matter. <br /> <br />Upon submitting application to the Cass County Highway Department - County Engineer Keith <br />Berndt is suggesting a different location to connect to Highway 22, in order to accommodate <br />potential development to the west, which mayor may not happen.
