Because of the late request your secretary Joyce Schepp <br />said she would contact the chairman and that we should go ahead with the planned bar <br />catering, and follow up with a formal request along with the required fee. <br /> <br />Please accept my apologizes for failing to act on this sooner. We do very few bar <br />caterings in the county and as a result it is easy to overlook this requirement. Thank <br />you for allowing me to go ahead with the bar service, as it would have ruined a good <br />wedding had we not been granted the go ahead. <br /> <br />
