<br /> Notice is ke~eby given that the County Co~ission of Cass County, North Dakota has designated Monday, Septe~er 15th, 2003 at 3:30
<br />p.m. at the Cass County Courthouse Co~ission Room in the City of Fargo, as the time and place at which any taxpayer may appear and be
<br />heard in favor or against a proposed expenditure or tax levy. The purpose of the hearing is for taxpayers to express their views to the
<br />County Co~ission before the budget for 2004 is approved. The budget may be examined at the Office of the County Auditor, 211 South 9th
<br />Street, Fargo, ND between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m..
<br /> The following is an estimate of the proposed expenditures for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2004 and ending Dece~er 31, 2004.
