<br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ,ALLOWING CLA.IMS & ORDEF~lNG PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, Michael Montplaisir, has audited and the <br />departments have approved the foi/owing daims against the County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the- County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the following bills and claims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the following funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County i\uditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was offered at a regular meeting of the <br />County Commissioners ,held on th~ ~d~y of ~~ I; ~3, by ~o~missioner <br />/.)__"A-1--t ~f-i......-- , wno moved Its adoption, was seconded by Comml~sloner <br />,~a--- 10("1 , and adopted by the foHowing vote: - <br /> <br />Ayes: ,~ <br />Nays: C)-" <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />~~ u~:-.' <br /> <br />Co nty AudItor <br />
