August 28, 2003. The plat is located in. Gill <br />Township, section I$. The intended use is to create a new residential lot. <br /> <br />The Plartning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. The new proposed plat has now met zoning r. equir~ments of the <br />township board. As of this date, a certified letter has not been received <br />from. the townstfi.p, but we are hoping to receive it tbjs week.
