Robert Gibb & Sons and Dakota Electric Construction were awarded the Contract for Mechanical and Electrical Work respectively. Enclosed are three each original counterparts of the Agreement and Acknowledgment forms; a Subcontractors, Suppliers and Manufacturers List form; a Schedule of Values format; and sample Application and Certificate for Payment form. We request the following actions: AG R E E ME NT: Execute all counterparts. PERFORMANCE AND PAYM ENT BONDS: With your surety company, execute three each AlA A311 Bonds and enclosed Acknowledgment forms. Have your surety company attach executed Power of Attorney and Acknowledgment forms to each set. Date Bond same as Agreement. See Article 11 of Supplementary Conditions. INSU RANCE: General: We strongly suggest you give your insurance counsel a copy of this letter and of the Conditions of the Contract contained within the Project Manual and point out the insurance requirements contained under Article 11. Liability: Have your insurance counsel complete three copies of evidence on ACCORD or AlA form.
