<br /> Notice is hereby given that the County Commission of Cass County, North Dakota has designated Monday, September 15th, 2003 at 3:30
<br />p.m. at the Cass County Courthouse Conuuission Room in the City of Fargo, as the time and place at which any taxpayer may appear and be heard
<br />in favor or against a proposed exq~enditure or tax levy. The purpose of the hearing is for taxpayers to express their views to the County
<br />Cormmission before the budget for 2004 is approved. The budget may be examined at the Office of the County Auditor, 211 South 9th Street,
<br /> The following is an estimate of the proposed expenditures for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2004 and ending December 31, 2004.
