NOTICE FOR WEED CUTTING <br /> <br />In accordance with the North Dakota Century Code, it is the duty of <br />landowners or operators with land adjoining regularly traveled county <br />and township highways to mow weeds and grasses on the said road right <br />of way. The cutting shall be performed by the owner or operator <br />between August 30 and October 1, 2003. The minimum cut width shall be <br />12 feet from the edge of the roadway. The maximum height of the <br />remaining stubble shall be six inches.
